Nature Park House Stechlin

The Nature Park House Stechlin in Menz is the visitor and information center of the Stechlin-Ruppiner Land Nature Park.

Inside the house, an interactive exhibition invites you to explore the habitats of forest, water, and moor up close: you can crawl into ant tunnels, listen to environmental sounds in the moor, or look into the depths of the lake through the eyes of a fish. In addition, there is a sensory garden where herbs, plants, and various surfaces stimulate the senses - smell, feel, hear, marvel.

The Nature Park House is also an ideal starting point for hikes or bike tours through the forests and lakes of the region. Guidebooks and equipment can be borrowed on site.
