Neustrelitz Zoo

The Neustrelitz Zoo is a green park and animal facility located in the city, covering approximately 48 hectares and home to about 450 animals from around 40 species – from fallow and red deer to goats and llamas to Barbary macaques. On the 2.7-kilometer circular path, 45 enclosures lead through different habitats. Additionally, there is a large playground for children, play equipment, water games, and sand diggers, ensuring that the little ones also have a good time.
