CHECK-OUT
Check-out from rental accommodations is until 11 am, from pitches or tent meadow until 12 am possible.
PAYMENT
With your booking, the booking amount is due within 7 days (online payment). The payment options will be clearly listed in your confirmation email. If the payment is not made on time, the booking may become invalid immediately.
DOGS
The visit with dogs is possible during the off-season ( April, May, June, September, October) and must always be coordinated with us. Please write us a personal email or call us in advance to clarify whether it is possible. In the peak season (July, August) and Ascension/Pentecost, no dogs are allowed on the campsite.
PARKING
Please make sure to only park your car in the designated areas. In the arrival area, parking is allowed for a maximum of 2 hours for loading and unloading during check-in – please do not park in the front spaces.
If you wish to park your car at your pitch, make sure that your pitch is large enough for the car; parking on paths or neighboring spaces is not allowed. Parking at the tent is not permitted in car-free pitches.
For tent campers in the car-free area, there is a separate parking lot; short access is only allowed for loading and unloading. Please book an additional parking space if needed.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10 pm, and during the day, music & co. may only be played at tent volume – i.e., very quietly.
BARBEQUE
Whether and where you are allowed to barbecue with charcoal depends on the forest fire warning level. At forest fire level 3, it is only permitted at the campfire site. From forest fire level 4, barbecuing with charcoal is prohibited. A sign displaying the current forest fire level is hanging at the reception. It can also be viewed online (we are in the district of Mirow). Cooking or barbecuing with gas at your own site is allowed regardless of the warning level.
CAMPFIRE
is possible at our central campfire site – depending on the forest fire level – . From forest fire level 4, it is basically prohibited. A sign with the current forest fire level is posted at the reception. It can also be viewed online (we are in the district of Mirow). You will receive wood from us. Fires at your own pitch are prohibited.
The fire is lit by the guests themselves, whoever takes responsibility deposits a deposit at the reception and adheres to the following rules:
- Campfires must be registered at the reception
- Quiet hours start at 10:00 pm, quiet talking allowed
- Fire must be completely extinguished with water by 11:00 pm
- Clean up the fire pit by 10:00 am the next day
Refrigerator
In the service building near the small restroom, there are two refrigerators available for all guests. Please store food in a bag and label it (name + departure date) and take it with you upon departure. Unlabeled or forgotten food will be disposed of.
In the freezer, you will find a supply of ice packs that you can use and exchange. Please also label your own ice packs well and store them in a bag, if possible.
